We are a roadside assistance company. We offer battery jump and installation services, fuel delivery, tire change services & lockout services. We do not offer mobile mechanic or towing but we recommend Top Choice Towing of Hammondsport.
We are a 24/7 company. We offer all of our roadside services anytime of day. However, we have office hours from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Services dispatched outside of these hours are considered after hours and will be billed an extra $25.

We do have a few fees we charge depending on the situation. Please refer to our Roadside Assistance Pricing page for more info on our pricing and fees.
While we are happy to provide service anywhere you need, we do have a service area of 50 miles around Bath NY. Any services more than 10 miles but less than 50 miles, will be charged $2 a mile. Outside of the 50 mile area, we charge $3 a mile.
We happily accept any major credit or debit card for payment. We can also accept Cash App via our Square integration.
At this time, all services are billed ahead of a driver being dispatched. Therefore we are unable to accept cash.
We do not accept checks or money orders.
You have 2 options regarding using your insurance companies or motor club roadside services. You can contact them and have them dispatch our company and we will bill them directly. The other option is to pay out of pocket and we will provide a invoice to you to seek reimbursement from your insurance or motor club. We will not invoice the insurance directly without a preauthorization from them.
If you need to cancel service, it is best to contact our dispatcher ASAP at 607-695-1700. If a driver has been dispatched to your location, we charge a 50% fee to cancel the service. If a driver arrives at the location and you cancel or are not there, our driver will leave and you will be charged the full service fee. If you have a scheduled service like Mobile Mechanic, any services cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled service will be charged a 50% fee.
Absolutely! We have a $3 per mile fee from our location in Bath NY for any calls over 50 miles away. We bill ahead for all services and will dispatch a driver asap. Please contact us to get an estimate.

After Hours Calls are just like normal calls except we charge a $25 fee for after hours services. We will also have our driver call you when they are on their way to you. If you do not answer, we will leave a message and try again 10 minutes later. If still no answer or call back after 20 minutes from the initial call, we will mark the service as a GOA (gone on arrival) and you will be charged the full service fee.
Redneck Roadside Rescue is partnered and performs services with many well known companies such as Agero, Swoop, Urgently and Honk. We have and do calls for Allstate, Progressive, USAA, State Farm, National Safe Drivers and more. We carry more insurance coverage than most companies require.
